1. NO PURCHASE IS REQUIRED (Void where prohibited by law). All individuals who are legal U.S. residents who have reached the age of majority in the State in which they reside, are eligible to enter except employees, representatives, and agents of BenJoy Accessories ("Sponsor"), sweepstakes judges and persons domiciled with any of the above.
2. One (1) prize ("Prize") will be awarded among all eligible entrants for each contest. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at BenJoy Accessories discretion. Prize is nontransferable. All federal, state, and/or local taxes and expenses not specified relating to acceptance and use of prize are the sole responsibility of the winners.
3. The Prize will be awarded to the first person selected randomly.The Prize will be delivered to the confirmed winner. An eligible entry is only considered if the user completed the following:

4. The random draw from all eligible entries will be held after the Sweepstakes has ended. Your chance of being selected is determined by total number of eligible entries received.
5. The selected entrant will be contacted by e-mail ONLY from info@benjoyaccessories.com at the e-mail address entered on the registration form. If the selected entrant does not respond by e-mail within 7 days of transmission, or if the selected entrant does not comply with the sweepstakes Terms and Conditions, that entrant forfeits any right to the Prize and another entrant will be selected. The Prize is not transferable or convertible to cash and must be accepted as awarded.
6. Sponsors are not responsible for the failure for any reason whatsoever of selected entrant to receive notification. Arrangements for the fulfillment of the Prize will be made by BenJoy Accessories which reserves the right in their sole discretion to substitute any and all part of the Prize with a Prize of comparable value.
7. The selected entrant will be required to sign a declaration of compliance with the sweepstakes Terms and Conditions and one or more releases to obtain the Prize. Sponsors are not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer system, property or anything stored on or related thereto as a result of participation in, or connection with, this sweepstakes. Entrants release Sponsors from all liability in connection with the sweepstakes and any Prize won.
8. In order to be eligible to win the Prize, the selected of the entrants selected for the Prize must authorize the sweepstakes Sponsors to announce and publish their names, addresses and photographs (without remuneration) in any publicity and also must sign one or more release forms in favor of the Sponsors and declarations of eligibility. The declaration form will state that the selected entrant, has read, understood, and complied with the rules and regulations of the sweepstakes, and that he/she accepts the Prize as offered.
9. Failure to comply with all the sweepstakes rules or to sign and return any of the release forms will result in disqualification and another entrant will be drawn from the remaining eligible entries received. A selected entrant will be declared a winner only after meeting all of the above terms and conditions.
10. By entering, each participant agrees (a) to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final, and (b) that Sponsor, agents and representatives of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, postage-due entries, mail, or e-mail; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (iii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel Sweepstakes at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Sweepstakes. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with BenJoy Accessories Weekly Sweepstakes will be ineligible for the prize.
11. The decisions of the sweepstakes judges will be final and binding on all entrants. By entering, entrants agree that they have read, understood and agree to these sweepstakes rules and regulations and release the Sponsors from all liability in connection with the sweepstakes and/or any Prizes. This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable Federal, State and Municipal laws and is void where prohibited. It is the winners' responsibility to report Prize value as income on State and Federal taxes.
12. Sponsor reserves the right to amend or terminate all or any portion of this sweepstakes at any time without prior notice. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value in the event of non-availability of the Prize for any reason.
13. The winners will be announced after 10 days.
14. The list of winner(s) will be displayed on the website within 30 days after the sweepstakes has ended. However, the decision to display the list of winner(s) is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The winner(s) list may not be displayed on the website at all should the Sponsor feel obligated to protect the privacy of the winner(s) or the law requires the Sponsor to do so. The winner(s) list for a sweepstakes that has ended for more than 90 days may be removed from the website as seen fit by the Sponsor.
