If within 30 days from receipt of your purchase you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it for a full refund or replacement. We want our customers to be completely happy with their purchase so that they will come to BenJoy for all their accessory needs. 

The item to be returned must be in the same condition as it was sent, unworn and undamaged. The shipping tag must be on the item for refunds or replacements to be processed. Damaged goods due to customer negligence will not be accepted for refund. 

To return your purchase, simply e-mail us at wstrader@bellsouth.net to receive your return authorization number which should be written on the lower left-hand corner of the return package. Try to use all the original packing if possible to protect the item, as the jewelry can be crushed in soft packing. Insure your package for the cost in order to protect yourself should the package be lost in transit. 

When we receive the package your selection will either be replaced if possible, or your money will be refunded. Credit card payments can be refunded only to the credit card used for the initial payment.
